@ezefal The truth is often more complex than we would like to believe. I think FARC is an evil organization and Peru should get rid of it. But that does not imply that FARC consists of only bad people, bitches and murderers. I think that you & I may even support a number of 'goals' that FARC says should be pursued. It is the means that are unacceptable. But apparently naïve people who are turned into 'fighters' get used to the means and methods of any totalitarian organization.

@Ihiruye This is what we call an honest mistake. Of course FARC is operating in Colombia, not Peru. It must have been that I was reading about the other notorious Dutch person in South-America, Joran van der Sloot, the guy who probably murdered two girls and is now in a Peruvian prison. That is how I got this mixed up.

@ezefal I am not Gestapo nor SS. At the end of the War, SS and Gestapo chose to relocate to South-America. There are only a few SS members left here in the old Europe, and I am not one of them.
You go ahead and say what you want any time you want. At the same time, I will go ahead and say what I think. Maybe we can agree on this.
So one of the things that I think is that FARC recruits willing victims, who join for honorable reasons ('help this poor country') but do bad things all the same.

Seguramente se dejó seducir por las FARC , creyendó que iba a entrar a un grupo velaba por las necesidades de los pobres . Read about her diary in the book; "The song of Colombia" (amazon). It's based on her diaries and on the diaries of a poor basterd who got abducted by the FARC. In Duth the book is called: "Het lied van Colombia" (Bol) and in Spanish it woll be published soon "La cancion de Colombia". Get to know this terrorist before you applaud her acts.
