Took the quad through mud, rain, snow, ice, you name it I done it.

And the only real reason it broke was because of the wires that got f*cked.

You must have it calibrated for the wrong wheel size. Your quad may have 20 inch tires but they probably dont measure 20 inches. The best way is to do the roll out then divide by pi. if thats true then you can run neck and neck with a 450r Honda in top speed.

good vid, i gotta vapor on my warrior 350, and i was wandering how hot does your raptor run? when im puttin around it is around 300 F and when im on the throttle it tops out at about 400 F, is this what your getting or should i be worried?

GET a GPS..and mount that to your handle bars! ;-) not only is it water proof..but you won't get lost.

MY stock 660 Raptor does 78.6 mph on Hard packed trail according to the GPS.

A friends Stock 350 Raptor only did 67.8 mph on the same trail..using the same GPS.

How exactly does that speedometer pull it's data from the brake rotor? Is there a magnet that you have to affix to the rotor and the other side(the sensor) sits on the caliper and counts revolutions and does the math based on tire size to calculate speed?

I'm thinking of getting one of these for my XR250, but I'm not exactly sure if I want all these extra wires snaked throughout the bike.

Also, what kind of temperature range are you seeing at the plug when the bike is fully warmed up?

hey man nice looking bike. I've got a raptor too. just wondering tho how come the vapour units show the temps are so high. esp for a water cooled bike. youve got (if i read correctly) around 245 when its supposed to be 160 max. Don't think you should worry tho as long as the yamaha temp light doesn't come on.

I've heard it goes 120km/h which is exactly 75mp/h.

So IMO with road tires on tarmac you could probably even crack a 75! ;)

I think joequad has a good point. Like I said before my 660 will go 78 and 310cc doesn't give me 6mph. Your raptor does look good though.

that number is prety high man. i wouild check how you calibrated it again. or you put the magnet too low on the rotor, so its spinning much faster making the vapor think you're going faster. and 9200 RPM is huggee.

im not trying to burts your bubble. im just thinking out loud of what it could be :P
