BoE's from the satchel are still 264 both 10 man or 25. Even tho it is heroic,

that doesnt change them to 277. BoE's from the bosses are uped to 277 and are

no longer boe on heroic setting.

So much skill. You just need to look at the way you play and think of every little thing you can do to make yourself better. Most people just play average and think they will get better dps when they get more gear. It's really more about utilizing every thing available to you to push your DPS to the max, not gear.

@ArchaicShadow hopyfully 200. You are talking about the Non-HC Spyglass, that gives 18 SP/stack, while the HC one gives 20 SP/stack, and with a guild like this, i find it hard to belive that they dont got the heroic version of it;)
