As far as I know, the government doesn’t want us to buy gold because of some several reasons. First, money spent on gold can’t be spent on goods and services. Second, money spent on gold can’t be spent on stocks. Third, money spent on gold can’t be spent on bonds. But the bottom line is that neither the government nor Wall Street likes to talk up the benefits of buying gold, simply because buying gold takes money out of circulation.

Alex I know what it is like to not even see the tornado coming. I had to take this photo from some video I shot when there was a lightning strike. A night time tornado is a rarity unless you have a billion watt transmitter that can cause huge updrafts when it pushes the atmosphere away from the planet. It was an EF1 only but still not pleasant to have pass several hundred yards in front of you.
