Most of my family is in IL and last night my son kept texting me and telling me "I'm stuck in a snow drift again" then 20 minutes later he'd say "I just finished digging myself out" 15/ 20 minutes later "I'm in a drift again!" Poor guy! He said it was just awful and it was 9 degrees And that's fahrenheit, not celsius! lol Brrrrrr it was 53 here yesterday but I didn't tell him that while he was stuck in a snow drift :(

I was at the store yesterday and saw one of those Cadbury oranges and it made me miss my dad. This will be our first year without him. I had such an urge to put it in my basket anyway, and just couldn't do it.

We used kona coffee to make cookies...yummy
Oh I loved macadamia nuts. We lived over seas (my dad was navy) we used to get them. We got to visit Hawaii
I so hope we do not get to much snow. We had 9 degrees & wind. & a little snow
