@lifesagardenyadigit interesting, I cant have sugars or very little starches and carbs, so the fruitatarian diet is out for Me, but I like what he ad to say in "Who is Dr Morse pt 1 & 2" Thank You !

I'm trying to find a solution to this condition because desperately want to get off of prednisone. I've gained a lot of weight because of it and I'm aware of the other possible side effects.

When I was about 11 years old I got a Yellow Fever and Cholera vaccine on my left and right arms on the soft part of the elbow joint and had a rash break out. I've been dealing with rashes ever since. I'll be 32 this September so it's been quite awhile. It never got nearly as bad as you have it in this video until about 2006-2007. I think the flare up had a lot to do with stress. I've been on prednisone ever since which like you said keeps in in check but doesn't fix it.
