Pretty sure they explain that this glitch was a dungeoneering smuggle using familiars, and they use the dungeoneering food and potions on the player, but seeing as the items' affect only apply inside dungeoneering, win all day doesn't get boosted hp or stats.
@legoless290 , he is eating nothing. It's a glitch (something with daemon) where glitcher's friend heals opponent with food that isn't really healing anything, just making to stop something (fighting etc.).

The person doing the glitch is not the one that is dueling win all day but another player inside the duel arena that is obviously working together with the 3 of them
Notice prior to 1:05 the character in blue that is not fighting win all day approaches win all day and attempts to feed him. But with accept aid turned off, it fails. Now why would you go and turn it on at 1:05?..nab
LOL trying to fool us. He made the video for views notice at 1:05 he purposely turns on aid. He had it off prior to the duel (smart one forgot to turn it on). He notices his buddy fails to feed him the dung food so he turns aid on at 1:05 and after that you see him being fed. Clever plan but not sneaky enough. :)
@RunescapeKoOfTheDay Negative. He had it off when he started the duel (meaning it wasn't red but gray) When the unarmed person in the blue came near him then he turned it on 1:05 (He clicks on it and it turns red meaning he is accepting aid now) So yeah, look carefully thats all I have to say.
