Yeah the boy's name is Steven Geraghty, he was a treble in the South London Boy's choir, Libera. There are many videos of him singing on YouTube. I think his voice changed when he was around 14...he's like 22 or so now.

Boys choir, google it or search on youtube. Boyschoirs are popular in Japan, like Libera for example.I actially think this kid is one of old Libera members. Song was not made for ICO game, creator probably heard it on TV or radio and it fit perfectly his game.

@ascradrummer the song actually was made for the game. If i am correct "nonomori" is from the language forged for the game, so the song must have been made for the game. However, that still does not detract in anyway from that fact that it is still a masterpiece.
