I guess we made a big mistake in the past. It was ashame how our own people had killed eachother. This would't of happen if the war never was started to begin with. Our country would have been the most educated one there, Thailand has what they have because they didn't go through the kind of things cambodians gone through. Our country wouldn't be filled with poverty or sadness. We will fnd our way back. Angkor is ours and so are the watts that are in thailand! They are ours.

Yes! i agree with you loccstaxcxloc in early 1960 my parents was telling me if Thai can build three or five story apartments Cambodian people in Phnom Penh can do the same but unfortunately in the 1970 Cambodian was collapsing because the Vietnam and American war after that the Pol Pot regime control the whole country and end up over two millions life is gone because the Communist, early 1980 Cambodia is Zero but i do gave Cambodian a lot of credit that start from an empty hands in the 80

The saddest thing is that the Khmer Rouge is still active in parts of Cambodia. During the wet season, their territory expands and the rural areas are dangerous at times for relief workers.

how different do you think things would be if this never happend?

I think Cambodia would have been much more modern, simular to Thailand and possibly it could have even been in a better state than Viet Nam is doing today. But unfortunately, it's probably the 2nd or 3rd worst under developed countries in Asia, don't you think?

With the new oil discovery, Cambodia is developing very fast. Hopefully the corrupted government can help out the citizens with it.

man i think about that all the time this is very sad to see and im only 17 but i kno very much about my our culture and our culture im hoping kids my age and younger can learn to love there country cuz we are the new generation and we need learn wat he had ankor wat our martial art everything was stolen but i guess everything happend for a reason even though he keep on getting fuck by other countries keep our head strong and we well rise again! khemr pride!!
