    You need glasses!!!!!!

  • 33 persons, don`t rocking tonight

  • a big big big bullshit

  • Pense que era Michael St. Gerard

  • INSULT THE KING??!! MUFF CABBAGE

  • lol,yeah right.........

  • where was this from???

  • cade o batera?

  • Wow, looks like "Scotty Moore" here swapped his guitar for Chuck Berry's ES-335. Nit-picking from me, but it really wouldn't have been hard to get the details right, or at least use a single cutaway.

  • And that awful sound!

  • Oh man, why don't people research the details before they make a movie.... oh yea... Hollywood. :-)

  • Load of inaccurate bollocks

  • At least they got the details right.

  • Dont worry about the leather. No one has noticed. His cock is dressed to the wrong side. where is the continuity guy.

  • What the hell was that?

  • He wore this leather jacket when he was with the Ramones!

  • Jesus I'm scared for life

  • elvis did wear a leather jacket it was in the 68 comeback special

  • @susangillette1221 well, is this the Comeback special??? no its incorrect to put this guy in such a leather jacket

  • Christ! That was terrible

  • so wrong never worn leather jacket ,scooty didnt have a gibson 335 and the bass player did dress like that !

  • WRONG,WRONG,WRONG!!!!

  • This is an Elvis impersonater, right? :S I mean , there's noo doubt! <3 HUGHHHH!!

  • @elvisandgladys; NO, it's the Actor Michael St. Gerard who portrayed Elvis in the CBS TV Mini-series, '' ELVIS, the Early Years ". Priscilla Presley picked Michael St. Gerard for the part because he was the one that looked the most like Elvis at that age! Ronnie McDowell did all the singing in the Series.

  • Now 23 dislikes! Does anyone know what this is from!?! It's from the 1990 Elvis TV Series starring Michael St. Gerard.

  • @money0395 It's from the CBS Mini-Series , '' ELVIS, the Early Years '', 1990 0r '91.

  • WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS FUCKING HORSESHIT!!!??!!!??

  • Im sorry but ronny mcdowell didnt sound anything like Elvis. I guess back then people didnt have many options to know better. Not like theres any real good one out right now anyway

  • yeah,..this was a made-for-t.v. Elvis Story with Micheal St. Gerrad (sp'?) as Elvis, and I believe Ronnie McDowell did the vocals. They got all of the equipment and time-line details wrong, lol.

  • This is crap.

  • thanks I met scotty moore in memphis in the 80's His early style was chrismatic. He sang inkspots tunes first and was a hillbilly krooner. ballads LIKE " MY HAPPINESS" " THAT'S WHEN YOUR HEARTACHES BEGIN" but when he sang the blues in a spritual way people listened and took notice he was right I DON'T SOUND LIKE ANYBODY

  • Now 20 dislikes ! I can't belive it!

  • Great song.

    Thanks.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • the comments od some are right on ELVIS USED A MARTIN GUITAR DIDN'T WHERE A MOTORCYCLE JACKET TO SUN STUDIO A GIBSON ES-295 GUITAR WAS USED ON THE FIRST FOUR SUN RECORDS ANYBODY CARE TO DISPUTE THAT

  • This should not have 18 dislikes.

  • @money0395 yeah you're right. It should have 18,000 dislikes!!

  • @money0395 It's got 33 now. U mad?? In all seriousness, it's a pretty unauthentic performance:

Elvis' Leather outfit dates from 1968, not the 50's. In the 50's he mostly wore suit jackets in the 50's.

The acoustic bass sounds like an electric bass.

Scotty Moore never played a double cutaway thinline guitar, During the 50's he played mostly L-5 and Super 400 archtops.

  • The worst thing in all those videos is that we see a STAND UP BASS and we hear an ELECTRIC BASS!!!!!

  • @JackieLeejuk That's not Elvis!!!

  • Muito bom!

    Mas, Elvis era mais Quente!

    Very good!

    But Elvis was more Hot!

  • of course, it was not in 1954

  • of course he did, watch rostabout movie and he used one of this jackets

  • @ecamberos not in 1954 when he was 19 years old! He was a poor conutry boy just starting to be recognised

  • @ecamberos yeah but that was in the 60's. He definitely wasnt wearing that in 1954. In fact, I dont think he ever wore leather in the 50's. He was more into suits and dress shirts

  • @williwo

    Of course

  • Some verisimilitude called for here, it wouldn't have been all that much effort to get some realism in the details. Ends up being sorta weird. Dude does resemble Sam Phillips I'll grant that much.

  • fuck you

  • great look a like and impression whats up with you lot

  • Witaj ,powiem szczerze,że choć Elvisem interesuję się od 1977 roku, jednak wolę twoje wykonanie Good Rockin Tonight .Duża ocena z mojej strony pozdrawiam serdecznie (Poland)

  • Good to see the youngies playing "real" music!

  • Comment removed

  • Scotty owned a 335 for a little while...but don't think he ever showed up playin' one.

  • That is funny, Elvis only wore a leather jacket like that in Roustabout.

  • i love it

that`s the way to hommage elvis

  • amerkans shuld not try to do something like that it locks stupid and sounds stupid in england they can di it better americans make it locks and sound stupid

  • @musikbox7 I hope not everyone in England spells like you though.

  • shit

  • that is not elvis

  • I think this is either Kurt Russell or Ronnie McDowell playing Elvis

  • It's Ronnie McDowell singing but the person is Michael St. Gerard

  • a real shit. Scotty moore with a 335 gisbon; presley with a perfecto and play on a strange guitar not a martin.

  • @eugenecraddock Kind of sad when you are a musician, seeing it pimped out like that.Scotty Moor KICKED ASS!

  • @eugenecraddock so who are these people anyway. that certainly is not E.A.P.! but a good imitator for some film.....

  • OK I did my reasearch the actor is Michael St. Gerard and the song is performed by Ronnie Mcdowell who is the country artist who had a hit with "Older Women" and a remake of "Its Only Make Believe" which was originally done by Conway Twitty

  • @mrlaurengrahamfan64

    Great info, thanks

  • This isnt elvis. This is a movie clip form This Is Elvis a film about his life.

  • dosent sound like elvis, but it sure looks like him...

  • super video!!

  • elvis never worn a leather jacket specially in the Sun Studio ...

  • yes he did many times... guess you never saw the 68 comeback show? he had one on the whole show along with the best songs he ever played.. baby what you want me to do

  • yes I kow for the 68 special. but during the sun years in the 50's I neversaw him wearing a leather jacket

  • yea man he wore a leather jacket. as a matter of fact when he first auditioned for SUN he wore his motorcycle jacket. but sun made him loose the jacket after a few shows cause supposably it signified "Rebellion" so he didnt wear it again till 62'. but he did. it just never was shown too much.

  • He did wore it in 1954 look at the clip Elvis and Buddy Holly.

  • @orkothegreat Hahaha! good one, man!

  • @orkothegreat Watch the 68 Comeback Special.

  • @strandwolf not in 1954 when he was 19 years old! He was a poor conutry boy just starting to be recognised

  • @orkothegreat not in the studio, but on his bike

  • @orkothegreat yes he did, one time

  • @orkothegreat ; How do you know that he didn't ??? Were You there at that time? I know for a fact and so do Millions of other people that He did wear a all Black Leather Suit for his ' 68 TV ComeBack Special!

  • @BearStar1 no I wasn't there but during the sun period there's no picture of Elvis wearing any leather jacket .

  • @orkothegreat ; Just because there was never any photos taken of Elvis with him wearing a leather jacket does not mean that he did not have one or it does not say that he never wore one to the Sun Studio. In fact, if you read thru ALL the comments, some say that he did have a leather jacket and that he did wear it sometimes to the Sun Studio.

  • @orkothegreat He wore one in the 1968 comeback special though

  • @elviscash56 but Elvis recorded Good Rockin' Tonight in 1954, when he was about 19. He wore dressy/baggy slacks and suits during the '50's, not leather jackets. He did wear one for the '68 comeback and his 1964 movie Roustabout though.

  • Ronnie Mcdowell is the singer.

  • what is the name of this movie?

  • Good Video Ivan!

WTF i didnt know that wasnt Elvis!

  • Qui est-ce?

  • True that Elvis would have never worn the jeans and leather jacket.

  • this is a stupid remake of old films....just awful ;where is the tomato sauce on that clean white shirt? Truly the pits....

  • The guitarist and bassit and the studio looks like the 50s but the leather jacket is out of the 60s so it doesnt match.

  • try the 70's ..scottys guitar is wrong too..no ES-295 GIBO

  • yeah i was talking about the jacket was like from the '68 comeback special.

  • lol if the jacket was plain with no studs then maybe ..but studs turns it into 70's glam lol

  • lol yeah.

  • haha!! thats not him for ur info haha

  • shit cover!

  • all voacals sung by Ronny mcdowell, but good sounding

  • u avin me on or sommin?

  • This is Michael St.gerard,he´a an actor and played in an Elvis Series in the beginning of the 90´s.he didn´t sing, all voacals sung by Ronny mcdowell

  • @Ramielvis Michael St. Gerard as Elvis in the CBS TV Mini-Series, '' ELVIS, the Early Years ''.

  • wtf is this??

  • Not Elvis.

  • wow, its not over done, usually you see impersnators over do the lip the acsent and the danceing, but this was good, sounded pretty close too. the only thing that cot my eye was that elvis wouldnt have wore a leather jacket recording, lol.

    this guys good.

  • You are aware that he is not doing his own singing right?

  • "elvis wouldnt have wore a leather jacket recording" Or dirty jeans.
