@shadow61871 The first game you find this underwater city called Rapture, full of basically junkies that attack anything that move for a substance called Eve. People took these injections called Plasmids that basically rewrote your genes, enabling you to do impossible things such as shooting fire from your hands. Once you've injected yourself with a Plasmid you need Eve to power it. Eventually the Eve ran out and it's like junkies trying to get a fix but the withdrawal causes mental problems.

Since the little sisters are the way they are because of the effect of the Adam on their little bodies, and Adam apparently wasn't discovered yet, there will be no little sisters, maybe something like them, but you cant guarantee it will even be a human/living. so much of the game is still undiscovered but we will just have to see.
