Hey Heather! I was wondering about the matte lotion. I have found some to be drying by themselves. Do you put the Dr. Brandt on after moisturizer or before or just by itself? Looks I need to pick up some nyc. lol Thanks!!!
@lilybeans21 I haven't found either the Dr. Brandt or the Murad to be drying. What I like to do is put my moisturizer on first, wait about 3 minutes, then put on my primer. Really depends on your skin type, but this is what has worked for me. Thanks so much for your question & let me know if you try any of these primers!
I'm so glad that you include comparisons of high end brands with the drug store products, it really amazes me how my drug store makeup really does compare most of the time just well to my high end...yet I still buy high end sometimes and don't know why, lol! Must just be the beauty addict in me :D

Ahhh that hydroxitone wrinkle stuff sounds amazing! I figured it wouldn't be cheap. Maybe someone drug store will come out with something similar soon. I can hope! I have a mosaic blush from PF that I love so I'll have to look into that NYC. Wow with the comparison to Tarte you sold me! I've been wanting to try the Tarte blush so bad. I love the pores no more and I only use a tiny bit on my problem areas. Lol. I am a sucker for pressed powders. I have tried a ton. Will have to try the NYC. Great faves luv!
I have stayed away also from those mosaiq-blushes, because I find it hard to tell what color it is and what it will look like. I shoud just try them out too.
@hellooobeautiful1 I wish they had as good service and policies here in Finland as you seem to have in the US. I don't think they take back cosmetics here after you have opened it - unless the product would have gone bad for some reason. I just bought a foundation creme that a sales "professional" recomended for me..I thought the shade looked a bit too white but I trusted the sales person. Now I can't use it unless I want to look like a vampire :(
