I tried this recipe for the first time tonight from this very video. I didn't look up the recipe, just followed the video. As I type I'm eating it and I must say it is VERY delicious and completely within my food budget as our family has had to make some cut backs. I find that whole chickens are cheaper than buying specific chicken parts. I hope this helps someone. Enjoy!

That looks delish but highly unseasonsed. I live in Louisiana, and in my family, we stuff pretty much all our meats with garlic, Cayenne pepper, salt, and Season All. This looks like it needs that stuffing.

I don't know why you people like her cooking so much. She is HORRIBLE, she completely ruins the main ingredient in everything she does. She adds SO many different ingredients that are completely unneeded. I found that out the first time I saw her make crab cakes. COMPLETELY ruined that crab meat. It was like 1lb of crab meat and 3 lbs of extra stuff. Bobby Flay is a real chef, simple and good!
I'm making this right now while watching. I added garlic and onion powder though. It's looking gorgeous- the butter really does give it a beautiful golden brown color you won't get without it.
I absolutely love Ina. She just seems to genuinely love the food that she makes, unlike some other food network stars who sometimes seem to fake their enthusiasm a bit. Absolutely love her recipes as well!
