@raptorleaf I feel like Bosh's ego was to big for Toronto. Don't get me wrong, Vince's was as well, but Vince never vocalized that he wished to be the "guy" of a team. I feel like people never understood fully why Vince left Toronto. It wasn't because he was sick of losing, but the way management did what they did.
Vince would probably have stuck around if the coach didn't reduce his minutes, and bench him almost every 4th quarter.
Bosh was different, I question his character more then Vinces.

I hope vince looks at these videos and see how everyone respects him..adding a championship with orlando and being a dominate scorer this year will only make his legacy flurish..hes missing one thing in his career and he can get that with orlando..but he doesnt show up every night..he doesnt play mean everynight.. he doesnt scare his opponent like he used to everynight..his first 2 games against the celtics he torched them this year and had orlando talking.then he comes with a single digit score

Watching VC with the Raptors was the most amazing thing Ive ever witnessed.

I was convinced of his "cruising" way before that.
Remember the '01 playoffs? He scored 45 one night. Then After A.I. responded by putting up 50 points the next game , he came out the following game and scored 51. Sad how he destroyed our team. Before Vince we were a budding expansion team and its fans were so proud of their progress year after year. Guys like Miller, Murray, Rogers, Curry, Camby and Christie.

It is not because he left toronto that got raptors fans so angry that they still boo him all these years later. It is the fact that he was told that he was the franchise IF HE WANTED TO BE. He accepted, then got the money he wanted and was told to shop for guys he wanted to be surrounded by. If he didn't want that he should have said so then and there, not bail on Toronto and then admit that he played on cruise control for the most of his last 2 seasons....
