ehm it's rollboosting that method then i must change "h" to mouse wheel ? If I do it and fast roll with mouse wheel it doesn't work i jump the same high than with normal h please tell me why maybe I have so low FPS (15)

Most of the time rollboosting doesnt work with low fps, but try rolling slower. It might seem stupid, but try it.
