Electric cars are no way cheaper than petrol cars. Because the batteries need complete replacement after 2 -3 years. now that will take all the money you saved from petrol costs for 2 -3 years. Also battery acid leaks eat up the body of the car. smells of acid fumes. and NO AC. Many people have experienced this.

air cars emit cold air. So no AC is required at all. Goes 200km under $2. You can see videos on the net it works nice. Even my petrol bike claims 70kmpl but I normally get 40-45.

This car will never be sold in the U.S. can you imagine trying to pull out into traffic even in the city with this car, it has an acceleration of zero to 10 miles an hour in about 30 seconds. Anyone on a bicycle could easily out accelerate this car from a dead stop.

I will tell you the one thing that MDI will never talk about on camera and that is its crash survival rating. Just look at this design can you imagine being struck by another vehicle traveling as little as 30 miles an hour? I guarantee you each person in the vehicle would suffer some serious injuries regardless of the point of impact.

Wow it's a little slow but it uses virtually uses no energy. It would take 25 cents to fill at a gas station or allmost nothing at home.

Sorry I thought this ran off a typical air tank that you could fill up virtually anywhere. My mistake.

Not your mistake. MDI avoids mentioning the pressure the tanks need and talk about refilling at garages on their promo videos leaving out the bit (if they had a huge 4500psi air compressor). You have to read the technical pages on the websites to get a handle on it. They used to have more details and test reports but they were so pathetic they have dropped them

The technical page on MDIs website turns French half way through. But i was aware that you can charge it at home yourself, using your own air compressor, which takes longer but still...
