I've got to admit, as a Welshman, I clicked on this video hoping to see Wilkinson make a fool of himself.

But his French isn't bad. He needs to perfect his accent, which remains very English. But he understood the questions well, and discussed issues with a varied vocabulary. I'm impressed!

@twigon Jonny obviously learned the language before he went to france at school just like I have and most of the people in the country have done. Second languages are compulsory in a lot of schools. He has just turned up in france and all of a sudden knows french you numpty

@twigon In fairness it's only the English footballers that can't learn another language. Foreigners learn English very easily. I blame the shapeless way languages are taught in British schools.
