Whenever it says Object tree errors that usually means that you need to make sure you typed the object and the object class right like for example:turf(Now hit enter and then tab)Grass(Repeat the enter and tab)name = "(Name here)"

Yo, how do you get grass onto the map file? im having a little trouble and i mean grass on the object it won't come up and i don't have turf either.

Hey man, instead of "x" you put whatever you named the icon in the folder, and you need to have the icon folder named something as well, get it? if not then messege me

I think the problem is there is no spaces.

I know how to code turf its easy maybe because you guys are beginners make some mistakes but practice an read the guide of byond coding

coding in turfs is easy lol but lvl up systems, damage systems, upgrades ect along with multiple spawn points and attacking NPCs is whats hard for me also multiple icons for one usr

omg... it says "due to complication errors, the object tree cannot be trusted for a map generation. these errors must be corrected before editing the map." then it says "unable to read world.dmm"

You have an error in your code somewhere, make sure your capitilization is exactly the same as in the video and that you have the code looking for the file you want it to. When you are putting the code to look in the dmi folder use a ' and when you're looking for the icon_state use ". Hope that helps :)

Guys remember. You don't have to use spacebars. Tab key is your friend.

It's already been made. Go find it, or make it yourself. It's best for your growing knowledge in programming. If you have no discipline to do these types of things, these easy things, then you aren't very fit to make a capable game.

You can just press ctrl + a = to highlight all and then press delete or backspace. No need to keep backspacing ..
