i mean no offense to you by this comment.. BUT.. the framerate sucks cock.. the audio delay fucks me up.. id take LOW res with synced audio anyday over HD with fucked sync.. I have an HP webcam that I am literally throwing in the trash cuz of the fucked sync

@ewupawly Well, I mean no offense to you by this comment, but, the frame rate doesn't have anything to do with the webcam at this point. The actual file plays perfectly in sync on my computer. During the "processing", after uploading it to YouTube, it messed up the sync. That happens sometimes.

Hmm this webcam pro 9000 is expensive atm. For eg £78 compared to £48(quickam). Tbh I cant really tell a huge difference between the two. I have the Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 and I am sure it is the software version that you use makes a big difference! The one it comes with doesnt give a great picture for eg 11.5 quickcam you need to use lws software from their site for best quality. lws110 gave best performance but had compat issues. The lws201 is ok but has less choice of res then lws110.

@raicho20 The QuickCam Pro 9000 is the older model. The Webcam Pro 9000 is HD, which records in 16:9 widescreen. You can, however, use the software and drivers for the Webcam Pro 9000 with the QuickCam Pro 9000 and record in 16:9 widescreen.

Hi Lucky, if you point the Pro 9000 out the window what is the quality like, you may need to turn the" low light boost " option off though, I have the Logitech C250 it's not auto focus.

I've noticed that the microphone is really sensitive on this cam. I'm not sure if it would sound bad if you stood back from the cam a bit, but it distorts a bit if you talk loud close to it. It works great for vlogging.

No, the Webcam Pro 9000 is the newer model, which records in 720p. However, I have heard that you can download the Webcam Pro 9000 software and use it with the QuickCam Pro 9000 to record in 720p.

I have no idea if the Microsoft LifeCam Cinema is better, but the Webcam Pro 9000 or the QuickCam Pro 9000 is perfectly fine for YouTube. They both record up to 30fps.

There is the Logitech Quickcam and Webcam Webcam Pro 9000.

As far as I've seen, there is no difference between the two. Logitech changed it to Webcam at a later stage, and the latest drivers can push out higher framerate.

The video plays perfectly fine on my computer, but after I uploaded it to YouTube, it went out of sync a little. It has nothing to do with the webcam. :-)

Well, this is the video quality, since I recorded this video with that webcam. In my opinion, it's one of the best webcams out there. Also, check out my other test video (the video response to this video), in which I test out the webcam outside in the sunlight.

is this true 16:9 or a cropped 4:3 to look 16:9? I have the quickcam pro 9000 and the newest Logitech Webcam software allows it to shoot 16:9 but it crops the top and bottom picture.

It's true 16:9. From what I understand, the QuickCam Pro 9000 doesn't record in 16:9, but the newer software can emulate 16:9. The Webcam Pro 9000 (the newer version of the QuickCam Pro 9000), which is what I have, does record in true 16:9. I have no idea why it would be cropping the top and bottom. Maybe the software is doing this when it's cropping the video.
