CEL is from unplugging the TPS. The MSM has a bit of a lean spot in the 4000-5500 RPM range because the ECU doesn't go open loop until 5500 RPMs. This lean spot is only magnified by having aftermarket parts than increase power, and by turning up boost.
There are a few fixes out there, but one of them (also the cheapest) is to simply unplug the TPS so it runs richer across the whole range. AFRs would otherwise be in the 15-16 range under WOT at 5000 RPMs.
