Agreed, the original will always remain the best but this is a cool take on it. I like it. It almost sounds like they just sampled it since it's so different. My fav part of the original is when the guitar kicks in and this has it the whole way through.

I love Warrant's version much better than the original by Queen. Good version. However, Brian, Freddie, John, and Roger are in a league of their own and legends in the field of rock. I'll probably get crucified for saying this, but I actually like this cover. Of course nobody could ever do it like Queen, the simplicity of the original was what made this song great. Whenever a pop band covers a classic with all the big money, high tech production and effects, they're opening themselves up to criticism from the old school. I like to think of this more as a tribute rather than a remake. Also, say what you will about Warrant, but those guys could put on a damn good live show.

These guys were no wussy hair band. Saw them one night when they were short a lead guitar and Jani was toasted on tequila but they rocked the house including a steller version of "Bohemian Rhapsody" and The Clash's "Train in Vain". This is actually punchier than the original, would make for great arena rock.
