you know what you should have done? u should have brung Ice to a place where there was "the bomb spiting balloon-bug" was. used the bitter spray on the pikmin. grab a bomb from the bug and throw at the pikmin when they come out of the ground.

In battle mode (and only battle mode) you can run at them for a second and you'll pick them up.
