Wow, what a fun song! Never heard it before and I love it! I did the comparison of this one to the Coonie Francis version, as chompo7 suggested, and I definitely like this version better than hers. I find this has a sort of "independent" quality to it while Connie's sounds very well produced, almost like it's off the soundtrack to a stage production. I like the trio of girls singing together, also, versus just one singer.

Maybe because it is a side B song, they just sang it more relaxed which makes it more natural and fun?

Maybe. I like their overall sound, it's very 1930s. They're kind like the Andrews sisters but 10 or 20 years later.

every song by connie is great,hahah. glad you liked
it and since connie is actually italian(me too),it sounds more authentic to my ears.try and search out all of
connies italian stuff.its all very good.
