go to RCA, and search for "Small Wonder EZ200," and you will find very helpful info (7 pages) and updated soft/firmware, and a mailing list for updates. But for many projects, Picasa 3 or Windows Movie maker is better--just select either from the Vista pop-up you should get, rather than the RCA option. Also, youtube uploads are less likely to fail if you make a file to your HD, then select it from the UT site.
Thanks for replying and your efforts to share your opinion on the Mino. I am probably going to buy the Sanyo VPC-CG10, $200. It has stabilization, a 10 mp camera, large screen, 5X zoom, rechargeable-replaceable battery, SD card...and its small.
I noticed the same thing and thought I was showing the RCA EZ200 a few times that it was not actually in the shot. I certainly did consider re-shooting after seeing the clip, but decided to keep it because it accurately illustrates one of the drawbacks of self-recording with the Flip Mino. I've shot the same clip 3 or 4 times before to get the frame right. The video with the Mino is clearly better, but the EZ200 has better features for self-recording.
