@BlindEarl Thanks. The guitar is a Washburn parlor. Their 125 anniversary model. A copy of the first guitars they started making in late 1800's.

This is just great and my favourite version of the song (certainly the best here on YouTube). The others all seem over cooked and too fancy; this is stripped back and haunting. Love it!

Thank you. I use John Pearse acoustic - Set #600L

Phosphor, Bronze Wound, Light Gauge. I like John Pearse strings and use them on my mandolin and banjo too.

Thank you Bill. You're much too kind. Actually Blake is one of my absolute favorites. He and Doc Watson. But I know that I am nowhere near their skills on the instrument. But I try my best.
