I agree that younger cats can become more aggressive and dominant if they notice a stronger/older cat is weak, but I don't think that is the case here. If you watch closely, there are a few times when Rara approaches Reo, her ears and tail are not twitching; she seems to try to clean him or inspect him. Maybe it is because she senses something is wrong and is inspecting but Reo really did not want her to see his weakness. I think Rara was so insistent because she was worried about Reo.
Besides, I fully believe haijiq would intervene if she felt they were hurting one another. She watches her kitties closely and will not let it get out of hand.

I love Rara too but Reo is the sweetest cat in the world and I'm a little worried about him. Rara was being unusually aggressive this time; more than usual. Is Reo ok? I hope he is. Please watch Reo carefully to assure he is not having urinary problems.
Also, i suggest kindly that you step in and protect Reo, he is older and and Rara may become more agressive as time passes. Please don't let her pick on him.

It is important that they defend Reo as he gets older. Rara may be gentle but I see the look in her eye sometimes and she is a girl. Often girls get more bossy. Reo is not bossy, he loves Rara. For her to pick on him and keep him cornered was not nice.He ran and hide from her.

Also in another video where Reo begs for food, she mentions that she gives Reo medicine twice a day. But overall I think the owners keep Reos condition monitored. I was worried before but the most recent video, Reo was playing normally with Rara.

I guess today she decided that she was done with that! She was really Warrior Princess Rara - dominating him and even after he submitted, she wouldn't let him go.
Maybe after her birthday she looked at her life and decided to make some changes. :D
