When did a judge do that? And this is a public school, if you live in the district you could go there. Thing is, why would you want to? If you did happen to live in that district, you would hope your parents could afford to shell out the extra dough and send you to a private school, or perhaps you could claim residency with a relative even though you dont actually live w/ that relative, so you could go to a better school in another district. That's what my family had to do.
