It takes more than just one person to win a championship. It takes a team. Unfortunately, Charles played on great great teams but played against the Cluch City Rockets and the Bulls of the 90's. Very Very tough to win against those teams. If Charles played against teams of today, he'd have won!!

He took ur teams to the finals, and consistently went deep in the playoffs. couple of hearbreakers (mario elie 3 ptr) and the suns would've been there each year.

Being a Sixer fan from childhood and a Suns fan for a long time, I've always been a Round Mound of Rebound fan until recently. He went the way of the Chicken Dicks and the Hollywood elite -- opened his fat mouth and started judging people (Christian conservatives). No respect sir/ma'am, but individual players do not win championships, TEAMS win championships. That Phoenix team, like many Phoenix teams (yes, even the 1976 team) was average defensively.
