@mariat299 Just make a waistband (however many stitches you feel make the proper width - I use 8 for small longies), the slip stitch the waist band together so it forms a loop. Use a size larger hook and start the first row around the edge of the waistband. You can increase if you want (I increase every 5th stitch). Once you get back to where you started, just keep going but start with the tunisian.
