  • @13andincrediblycut Relax. Most Likely People Like YOU use this technique.

  • Sad excuse of an exercise demonstration. SHE'S NOT EVEN LOWERING THE WEIGHT ENOUGH!!!

  • bet this guy has hard one every video he makes

  • wow 30 lbs? She doesn't even look like she can lift that much

  • It's not 30.

That midget thing doesn't look half as mean as a 30.

  • Of course it's not . a 30 is much more loaded and with bigger weights too. plus she's way to skin to even lift them, let alone do all the reps shown here.

  • I see people do it 90 degrees and people who do it full ROM. Full ROM will work alot of diff muscles and not only isolate shoulders/delts however it raises the chances of injury, while having elbows at 90 degrees isolates shoulders/delts and reduces the chance of injury. You pick.

  • @camror23 90° ist the most injury prone point considering that stopping the weight and reintroducing speed causes forces to halt the decelerate and then accelerate it. Those forces to overcome gravity and inertia are the highest in that point. In a leverage arm, the longer the leverage arm, the higher the forces imposed the joint. Therefore at 90° you usually have the HIGHEST Forces on joints if the weight stops there.

Full ROM Causes injury because of contraindication of the individual.

  • Excellent Instruction and Cues! However a little added verbal coaxing could equal motivation in my humble opinion *****

    Keep up the good Work!

  • Being a person who is prone to shoulder/back problems it is nice that this video shows proper technique to avoid injury re-aggravation.

  • @jaclynperry It doesnt show proper Technique, this not full range of motion. If you do have impingement or instability of the shoulder, this is simply an exercise you are contraindicated for as a person.

The 90 angle in which the weight is stopped posed the highest leverage on your shoulder joint. It is the same as in the squat, this is a partial movement that generates the highest forces in a 90° leverage arm, thats basic physics.

  • cool..
