  • a little ironic dat dis video wuz made on da 5th anniversary of 9/11.

  • Right now I'm interested in the following things... The Sedona Method, EFT, PSTEC, WHEE, NLP (Circle of Belief), Pranayama, and Law of Attraction

Does anyone know of some other good things?, also I'm looking to be friends with people that are into this, I need to be reminded to do The Sedona Method :-)

  • I only just started using this method and I've already been impressed with the results. I'm looking forward to things getting better and better! It's a simple concept with such powerful results!

  • the method is great. I really like Light Axis Healing. It works well for me. Namaste.

  • Please share your knowledge with others on FreeMan.am

  • Just stopped by, nice vid's

  • What a bunch of nonsense. You suckers.

  • @BluntCommentGuy Sedona changed my life and will be huge, your loss.

  • @BluntCommentGuy Yeah what a loser I am. I lost my depression, I lost my anxiety, I lost my overwhelming anger problems, I lost my anger/hurt feelings towards certain friends which resulted in reconnecting with them, I lost my issues with my mom and now were getting along better than ever, I lost my fear of money, I lost the belief that I don't deserve money and can't make it. I lost so many things. What a loser....

  • @kronker lol i love that

  • I'm sorry but the noise of all those pens hitting the ground made me laugh!!! asides from that this os amazing!

  • All "holding-on" has ever gotten me is struggling, suffering, frustrated, angry, more angry and BROKE... waiting to get to The Station before I'll "let-go". All it ended up getting me was Broke and BROKEN- flopping around in the dirt in a straight-jacket- like a fish in the bottom of a boat. Thank fucking God I FINALLY "get-it"! That I've been "holding-on" waiting for The Station- and it's NEVER going to come to me if I'm doing that. I'm AT The Station NOW. It's time to "let-go".

  • "The Station" in it's entirety is easy to find on the web. Written by Robert Hastings.

Thank you, Hale- for all you do- and for your absolute honesty and utmost sincerity in trying to relay this message effectively to all who struggle to understand it and then struggle to use it. I finally see how the struggling has ALL been caused my me and my REFUSAL to "let-go" of wanting to control EVERYTHING. And all I've EVER gotten from that is even MORE out of control... cont. next post

  • ... we "hold-on" TIGHT, waiting our entire lives for The Station and it never, EVER arrives. And we "held-on" TIGHT the whole entire time- for nothing. And then the ride is over. All for nothing. So what Hale says here it The Truth. Realize, NOW, there is NO Station. And if you CHOOSE to believe that... and "let-go" NOW when asked that "When?" question... we'll realize we're already AT The Station... and ALL of our goals will COME to US. This is The Truth Hale is trying to HELP us to see. I see.

  • For anyone not familiar with "The Station"... it's a wonderful story about what we are ALL doing... our entire lives. We're ALL waiting to get to The Station. We ignore our entire lives... looking ahead for when we'll ARRIVE at The Station (like dogs do, when they go for a ride with us...) we MISS the entire journey bc we're constantly "holding-on" TIGHT until we GET TO The Station!! THEN we'll "let-go" and BE HAPPY!! THEN we'll be Happy!! But it's a lie. There is no station.... cont. next post.

  • ... and if I had "let-go" of waiting and wanting to "get there"... to a place that doesn't even exist!... I would've SEEN my goal before now... If I wasn't such a control-freak and didn't even realize it in all this time... maybe THAT'S why I'm always fighting with people, can't keep a job for more than 6 months before quitting, and haven't realized ANY of my goals... maybe it's not the Method itself... but ME. Hmmm. Maybe... just maybe... the answer REALLY IS... that I just NEED to "let-go"....

  • ...because I wasn't answering the questions 'HONESTLY'. So tonight I finally realize my honest answer to the "when?" question has always been... "When I get to the Station, THAT's when." And so I don't "let-go" of ANYTHING. And my idea of "the Station" has always been "WHEN I GET my goal... THAT's when I'll "let-go"... and guess what? TWO years of waiting to get to The Station and I'm STILL not at The Station... Maybe I've actually BEEN at The Station the whole time... cont. nex post...

  • #2- I just realized tonight, my REAL and HONEST answer to the third question of "When?" is "When I GET to the fucking Station!!! THAT'S when!!" and guess what? There IS no Station. Life is the journey itself. We all think there's "a Station" we're going to get to... and it's an illusion; a lie we tell ourselves. THERE IS NO STATION! ... I've been caught up thinking I SHOULD answer the "When?" question with "Now", and then I'd get MORE frustrated, because I wasn't being...cont. next post...

  • The three questions would make me even MORE nuts!! I HATED those questions!! I even decided I HATED the word "allow"!! It all made me feel NUTS- instead of better!! And then I would get chest-pain! Finally... I realized why. #1- It's bc I must be a control freak! I TRULY did not see this as the reason for TWO entire years of torturing myself with this stuff! (talk about can't see the forest through the trees...) If you don't ever realize you have "issues" with 'control'... cont. next post-

  • Man... I had the hardest time with the SM. I blamed the method itself. I went to RT to see if that teacher would be better... it couldn't have been worse, however, to have tried THAT. So I'm back to the SM because I KNOW this is the Truth... but I just haven't been able to 'release' anything! Instead, I've learned to REALLY Hold-on!!! And it's been giving me chest pain! I'll "let-go" for a SECOND and then I'm right back to HOLDING-ON again! And it's made me NUTS... cont. in the next post here...

  • @AllBetterFinally

First of all, when you answer the questions, give yourself time for the answer to come to you, let your higher self answer. Then, give yourself the possibility to answer "No" to the question "Can I let it go?" Sedona method doesn't give this option, I have found this through Burt Harding, he answers questions for free and is an Advaita teacher, find him here. If the answer is "No", ask yourself this : (continued in the next coment)

  • @alesrb "Do I wish to still hold on to the feeling that causes me pain and suffering or would I rather let it go and feel joy and peace?" If the answer is "Still to hold on to the feeling..", then you are not yet ready to let go. Be sincere,if this is right, then let it be. But the point is that you have given yourself the choice and you should do this a few times and you might feel that it is time to answer : "..rather let it go and feel joy and peace". I wish you realy find it someday.Peace!

  • "Deepak Choprah had his 60th birthday party and name drop, name drop, name drop and name drop, pretty much anybody who was anybody in the human potential movement on the West Coast was invited." - Jack Canfield

  • I would like to try this method. I like the idea of the woman in the video not caring that another woman is loving her husband. I have been in a similar position and am now trying to get rid of it. I hope this method can work for me as well. I feel that the idea of him and another woman hurts so much because i lack love of myself. If I truly loved myself, it would not bother me. I think.

  • OK, when I picture my husband in the arms of another woman who he loves, it PISSES me OFF! But then I think "thank GOD!!! Now he can be HER problem!!" LOLOLOL

  • such contradictory body of knowledge only can produce one thing BULLSHIT!..."GIVE ME YOUR MONEY SUCKERS!!!

  • The Sedona Method = sucking up stupid peoples' money. What a load of bullshit.

  • This sounds like being able to control what is around you. Doubtful.

  • This method works say what you want it works, very well and very quickly.

  • Is it EFT??? What is the Sedona Method???

  • @dackfice nope.. no tapping, just emotional activity :)

  • Anything that Bill Harris is validating means loads of mail, emails that you have to block and as for any help should you come up against anything wait for it...... the answer is ( and always be ) "You are in Resistance!" So shove it guys... Using a catch cry to get people to keep putting money where your mouth is and then receiving the stock answer of "You are in Resistance" is so bloody unhelpful. So take it from me ..... I let YOU go!!! I love my life.. it is the BEST!

  • 7:30 ..O-NO!! he let go, but picked it right back up.. you have much learning to do, grasshopper.

  • This is such BS I have listen to an hour of videos and not received even a hint of what the Sedona method is excepot that it is something I need to buy. GFYS

  • @cunnidvd

Buy it, my friend, it will be the best decision in your life you ever made. It works.

  • OK yeah BUT WTF is the Sedona Method???????

  • I'm sorry folks. I really don't mean to be rude here but my BS-ometer is going through the roof here.

  • God help anyone who can believe this rubbish.

  • @robert2957 it's ironic that you used the word "God" in that statement.... douschebag

  • It must be as big of a bullshit as the law of attraction, eh?

  • Every emotion is self generated. Just tell yourself, "I am making myself angry", "I am making myself sad", "I am making..............". It's your mind, realize all emotions are generated by you. But taking a course is always useful if you're not good at believing something without getting fully immersed in it. This course sounds like it's for people who can't grasp the simple concept that you are your own boss. Most things take practice. Hence practice being your own boss emotionally.

  • If this works WHY DO THEY FUCKING CHARGE? EVERY fucking method , they charge, If it works, do a good to humanity and give the message for free.

  • I have been a new-ager for over 13 years and learned many things. This technique takes you to source and is no pressure...I love it

  • everyone realises after a while, the sedona method doesn't work

  • @samborub Hello ego! :p

  • @yeanjoo well i used it for 5 years and didn't see any lasting benefits. you're right my ego didn't like that i wasted so much time and money and also finds hale not just a little creepy

  • @samborub

    that's YOUR experience. Don't generalize.

  • @waitingroom05 Sure try it out. If it works I'm happy for you. For me, I wished I'd made a diary of my expectations and actual gains to compare, and see whether or not it lives up to the ott marketing promises. Could have saved some time and money

  • whats the method? or do i have to pay money to attend the seminar ,no doubt.thats a very caring way of sharring such a powerfull tool of self transmutation.cheapening it with monatary gain.

  • My head feels lighter, my concentration shot up, my eyes which I could hardly fully open are wide open all day and best of all I feel calm and positive. I'm almost at tears writing this because no one knows the amount of emotional hell I have been through and not being able to reach out. This is the best i've felt in a veeeeeery long time. All thanks to this method, so to those who want to ridicule, atleast try it first before making your snide remarks.

  • @Amifar80 Lester is right. Misery is the first teacher. We came from the same path.

  • Anyways, emotionally things got really bad and I was hitting rock bottom. I was desperate so I tried it again with the idea that if it didn't work, I'm going to a shrink to give me some meds. I am currently doing the sedona method and I'm also using omega 3. Anyhow, I started targeting negative feelings and doing the routine and the feelings would instantly disappear. I kept doing this with any negative feeling I could feel in my head. The feelings disappeared.

  • This is an incredible technique. I have had extreme mood swings my whole life and my body hurt all the time. My head felt so heavy. I have tried every single supplement out there and nothing was working for me. I decided I had enough and was about to see a psychiatrist, until I cam across this method.

I tried it for one day, but thought there is no way that it could work and it was all just pseudo crap.

  • I have an ICAP release meter to sell if anyone is interested message me

  • NLP repackaged folks. If it works embrace it! But that's what it is

  • @blingetybling76 I disagree. In what way is it NLP repackaged?

  • His laugh cracks me up every time. :D

  • Did you know, the Sedona method can unlock instant flowing in any situation, it can cure charlie horses and even hang overs. It can instantly give you ideas to go from being nervous around women to thinking up really crafty ideas too. This is like the "Crack" of psychology. I've heard dudes in London have created Jedi Mind Tricks just by using it, convincing anyone they come across of anything... but for good. Amazing stuff.

  • @wowzersmikie proof?

  • The Sedona Method cured my serious fear of heights in a matter of minutes. It's crazy, but you can get rid of or enhance any feeling you have by using the Sedona method. It took me about 2 weeks to start to be able to physically feel my feelings in my body, but after that, I was on my way.

I haven't done as much work with it as I want to, but it's totally helped me basically ignore my ego, and I almost automatically release anger and stress when it comes up now.

    One Love Lester!

  • @typky it's not crazy...It's just natural if you know how the mind works

  • @typky omg, I have a terrible fear of heights, if I even think of looking out at say 100 stories, I get the same feeling that I would probably get if I were really at that height, lol

For some reason I get the feeling like I'm going to just like jump off, or get pushed off, or trip, or whatever it may be, lol

  • I spent a few years putting sincere effort into it, and didn't get much back in return. Of course people will say I wasn't doing it properly, my intention was wrong or whatever, but I still think I'm qualified to say for all it's good points SM is flawed and ineffective.

  • the tonsilites testimonial is so dumb, obviously the infection had ran it's course after being around for 3 weeks and was going to start healing again, and whatdo you know she tries sedona just before the healing phase and she starts crediting the healing to sedona. LOAL

  • @SirVantesAFC2PUA Her testimonial wasn't to demonstrate that the Sedona Method cured her tonsillitis. It was to demonstrate how it made it more bearable. By releasing, she was able to endure the infection without as much emotional drama and suffering.

  • spent 1000s? I spent just FEW 100 and am a changed, happy person!

  • The reason it didn't work for you is because you never believed you had the power to make it work for you. You religious fanatics shouldn't give all credit to Jesus. You may think it was Jesus who did it, but it was actually you. Stop giving credit to something that is separate to you, and give credit to where it should go, yourself.

  • Desire=suffering

    No attachments, no aversions

    FREEDOM

  • beautiful! universal truth poured into a method!

    love

    leen

  • could you let go of wanting security?well i did and im still skint, you can let go of emotions, but i dont think it work miracles like they say on here.i think you just forget about it...letting it go

  • Better be naive and willing to do whatever it takes to make a positive change in your life, than cynical and jaded.

And for the record, the Sedona Method has had significant positive effects on my sense of well being, it's not a miracle wonder cure... but it IS an effective method.

As a matter of fact, one valuable analogy that Hale Dwoskin shared in the first tape of his course was worth the value of the whole course to me. It really shifted how I dealt with my emotions.

  • I respect your experiences and opinions.

I agree with with you that it is better to be willing to do whatever it takes. If it works for you then it's good.

  • I kind of do this without having heard this before. I guess it's just a natural thing I learned as being a Psychic Empath. Since we empaths are sensitive to emotions, we have to learn how to separate ourselves from emotions or we'll literally go crazy.

  • Sometimes termed objectivity!

  • The woman who had tonsillitis claims that after 3 weeks she "released the anger and fear" and POOF, the tonsillitis vanished. She's misunderstanding cause and effect. Her "letting go" MAY (or probably) not be the cause of the remission (effect). It's more likely that the tonsillitis simply ran its course and vanished on its own. It could have been a coincidence that her "letting go" happened the night before. She could've had: Subacute tonsillitis (which can last between 3 weeks and 3 months).

  • It could also be that the natural course of emotion took each of these people, and the simultaneous occurences of them being happier in their life would have happened anyway. Their reading of the sedona method was not the cause at all. Just coincidence.

  • You could be right. But how many times has someone said something that was TOTALLY obvious once they said it, but prior to hearing it, you never thought it about that way? Also known as the ah hah moment.

I was blind, but now I see... It ain't talking about just physical vision.

  • I was actually joking when i said that. guess you can't convey sarcasm on youtube

  • Thanks for the reminder to use this great method! Sometimes I forget that I have this wonderful tool! :)

  • These emotions you feel that make us human also are killing us if not released but held on to. There is a strong human tendency to hold on to emotions long after they are needed for their purpose

  • I love the sedona method!

It's made my life SO MUCH BETTER!

It's amazing how much I change from applying this to my life.

I really can not express how happy I've become and able to be in every moment because of this. I'm incredibly happy to have learned it and am always grateful to hear the sound of hale dwoskins voice guiding me through releasing!

    Thanks Hale!

  • Sure and We can still emotionally release!

    Life is wonderful!

  • I see a lot of people saying that Sedona/ Release Technique are a placebo.

Placebo refers to fake or dummy, as in sugar pills. This technique is far from that and it simply does not apply in any way, shape or form.. I know of no therapy/technique that has as deep, profound and lasting an effect.

  • Placebo, whatever. I know this has worked for other people.

  • It works for me daily!

  • Just another self-help product to add to the thousands out there already. All we need is another gimmick!!

  • Regarding prior post:

"IF you LET me read you a story WILL you LET us brush your teeth" - Will being Fuzzy Logic & the analytical mind or autistic mind STATES "I can brush my own teeth" - there was still anger but "it processed" & their was achievement... it was not a pressured clause/statement to the "IF THEN scenario"

  • Their children's books are beneficial in the simple things like getting a child to brush their own teeth before bed... this is a child who may rather draw on the wall and beat their own head off the wall at the time.

  • cool, great n awesome . what more can i say ? ...abundancemanifesting . com

  • I'd love to try this.

  • lol blackberryjuice

  • wow it really work for me. since acquiring the cd, i allow myself to have the good things in life and enjou it. ---then things improved, i felt better and things went extremely well - i better go release this feeling now !!!

  • Sedona method is great but avoid the training seminar in Richmond London UK That woman hasnt a clue and uses dangerous tactics

  • There's a lot of crap in the personal development world. The most well known 'gurus' tend to be the most worthless ones. The Sedona Method, on the other hand, works. That's it. That's as simple as it is. All you cynics can just go on living your crappy cynic lives. As for the rest of us, we're having a fucking ball.

  • DharmaTechster, you show your level of spiritual development and credibility by using profanity and telling those who don't immediately embrace your point of view to "go on living your crappy cynic lives." Were you quoting Buddha or Jesus there?

  • lol

  • @DharmaTechster based on this method, your criticism towards "CYNICS" is a negative kind of angry comment , isn't? Isn't this method about "nothing bothers you including the "cynics"? It doesn't seem you release that much, do you?

  • @jodascerote Who says that he was perturbed by cynics? There isn't anything impossible about saying critical things without becoming emotional about it all.

  • It is when feelings are unresolved that that various scenarios or phenomena of the psychic exhibit via our behaviors and create our future. Sedona Method is just one of the many methods that have come to light in the past few years that actually work. Knowledge makes very few if any changes however change the meaning of a feeling and you'll change your life and the tool(s) use do not matter it is the conscious choice that makes the difference.

  • fuck people why do we have to see this telsel bullshit? Sedona method is great but why does it have to be so glorified in order for people to check it out?

  • Wow! Placebo! Why didn't I think of that. I guess when I released on my salary & got a 30% raise that was a placebo too.

  • or just a coincidence

  • The Sedona Method is excellent. I've wasted so much time and money on other approaches that just don't work that I'm happy I found this one. Hale Dwoskin is the man! :)

  • Right on the money ... this program has helped me a ton too. Reccamend it to everyone!

    Expect Miracles...

    Shane

  • Many problems we have are due to a an irrational negativity, sure. It's important to move past those hang ups in life. But trading a negative irrationality, for a positive irrationality (i.e., the idea that releasing fear cures tonsilitis), is still embracing an irrational world view. It's bad.

  • Considering that its believed that a good portion of modern medicine has much to do with the placebo effect, I can imagine someone feeling that their sore throat had improved with a change in perception, which is the kind of thing taught in chronic pain management courses. Some studies argue that up to 75% of the effectiveness of anti-depressant medication is due to the placebo effect where other studies have shown that the placebo effect can alleviate pain.

  • Well that would be my point to make. Results found from programss like the sedona method are merely placebo. That's hardly miraculous.

  • That depends on your perspective, it may not seem miraculous to you but for the person who has an affliction it may seem miraculous. Provided they get the relief they desire then it's surely a win-win deal. The end result is what matters and the 'Sedona Method' is an excellent vehicle to that end, whatever that end is for the individual concerned. A great thing about it is its simplicity, as there are no complicated belief systems or rules to buy into.

  • I'm just not interested in things that may seem miraculous. It's dangerous to be lured by that sort of thing. People have real problems, and it's important to get help with measurable results. It's not good to rely on something that merely seems to make things better. This is true for depression and stress reduction, but it is ESPECIALLY true for measurable physical ailments like tonsil infections. The woman was lucky her infection didn't spread.

  • The emotional well being of the patient is of vital importance in all healing and in this the Sedona Method has shown measurable results. Essentially a 'good' physician sets up the best conditions for the body to heal; the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression has been shown to have a positive effect on the immune system and health. It is important not to 'throw the baby out with the bathwater'. Having a positive mood is beneficial and the Sedona Method is a good tool.

  • dude the whole placebo concept has nothing to do with the sedona method. sedona method is way beyond that, instead of thinking hey i am now taking an anti-depressant so i must feel better now you just let go of believing you are depressed and just let whatever is there be there. Nothing to do with placebo's

  • Comment removed

  • An effective technique.

  • Why call it the SEDONA method. Sedona is an incredibly boring town full of old people and hippies.

  • Does make sense. I suppose the amazing thing about it is that it is so simple. I once heard the most, simple, obvious answers are usually the right ones... though from experience people avoid them because they just cannot believe the answer could be so simple.

  • Yeah I was listening to Bill Harris and Hale Dwoskin, and one of them said Enlightenment isn't solving a problem in life, it's realizing there was never a problem to begin with.

  • So it's only through being deluded does one create the problems? Or the illusion of a problem?

  • Yes, its not the events themselves that cause us to feel negative emotions, its the resistance to the events. So when you release your negative emotioms you have already solved the problem, but as a bonus you can see more clearly to move to the outcome you would prefer.

  • Neither Bill Harris nor Hale Dwoskin are enlightened, nor is anybody who has used the sedona method, with the exception of maybe Lester Levenson. (who towards the end of his life he was communicating with aliens)

  • It's easy to go free, so says Hale who has released for longer than virtually everyone else and has still not gone free.

  • go away you piss-ant.

  • It's a quote from buddha. And, to say that someone is enlightend, implys you know what enlightenment is, and that your definition is the only true one. Not that I think Bill Harris or Hale Dwoskins is, but I would never declare anyone enlightend, or unenglightend.

  • are you saying i don't know what enlightenment is? how do you know this? besides who cares? you see something or you don't. Bill Harris is a well known money grubber, Hale Dwoskin is up and coming. The buddha didn't ask people to pay for his teachings and if Hale and Bill are interested in truly helping people they wouldn't be charging such high rates for their own version of the truth.

  • you sound poor

  • whatever troll
