  • @Sandy101 How can you say such thing? I also did that kind of methods but it was aweful. The result was really bad.. I suggest you should try this diet site that my sister recommended me, its WeightLossAction.Info.. Never felt this satisfying.. My fats disappeared in just a couple of weeks..

  • the thing u said abt extra skin really helped ,,,,, thank u

  • Bob, I lost the weight, and now I have excess skin WITH muscle... what now? Surgery is NOT an option. What creams/treatments can I do? I don't need excercises, the arms are already tone and defined. The lose skin is the problem. Thanks

  • I don't mean to be offensive, but worry about loose skin later? Not everyone has $5-$20K to spend on a body lift. I just wanted to say, I have loose skin on my body after dropping almost 90lbs. I am trying to gain mass and compete in a natural bodybuilding show and having loose skin is absolutely a nightmare! Even though you lost the weight, excess skin is just embarrassing.

  • Hi everyone I lost 9 pounds by cutting out beef and pork only eating chicken and turkey, by not eating white breads or pastas or rice only whole grain, cutting out all sugar and sugar drinks from my diet and taking vitamins. But now that I have lost 9 pounds and im on the same diet I havent been able to lose more than that? Why? I also workout more than the average person each day....not sure why im no longer losing.

  • Hello,

Ok I lost 130 pounds within 11 months, by becoming a vegan. I didn't drink any soda, coffe, or anything that wasn't good for me. The only thing I drink is water. I also exercise as well, but the problem is. I have lots of hanging skin on my stomach. I been trying to kill myself to lose it but I can't. I am beating myself up everyday thinking losing all that excess weight was for nothing. Cause I still can't take off my shirt were ever I go. Is plastic surgery my only hope? Plz I help me.

  • Overtime if you aren't terribly old, your skin will shrink and tighten up. Loose skin happens when you lose weight faster than your skin can shrink but it will eventually.

  • Nice info, but title is misleading. There are ways to deal with loose skin after weight loss, and none of them were mentioned.

  • why do super obese people lose weight than people who are just obese>?

  • thanks so much for this video. You just said what I need. Really great job. Warm greetings from Germany

  • @Saudave Thanks! I also have a BlogTalkRadio com show. You can listen there or on iTunes. Search Steve Turano. Recent shows can also be heard on my site home page at the bottom once they upload. You can also listen to archived shows of my Tampa radio show at GreatFatLossPill com. Click on the On The Air tab at the top. ~Steve

  • OK... I'm one of those people that have lost a good bit of weight and now deal with excess skin...

What can I do to get it to tighten up!?

  • @DeLayinpa build muscles + keep losing fat + time.

  • hey i need help I have lost 9 and a half stone in 11 months and now have excess skin I wonder whether toning will help it or not i need help from a professional please help me

  • @paulwilsonmusician hi paul. thats creepy how we watched the same video. i never thought we would have the same taste in youtube vids lol see ya wen u come back up! x

  • I have an Arasys Inch Loss for sale that helps with tightening and inch loss and weight loss program. It's not getting used, if want more info, please contact me. It's in great shape. I will entertain offers.

  • this isnt exactly the most important question..but im gonna ask it anyway..my entire life ive had extra skin on many different parts of my body..such as my forearms, elbows, skin around the rib cage..etc etc. but however..it doesnt look loose at all. i can just pull it very far more than most people can. does anyone have an explaination for that

  • it's ok to have loose skin. You could tone up afterwards right?

  • The question is, are you more likely to have excess skin if you lose weight really fast, VS if you lose the weight more gradually.

  • Avoiding loose skin has a lot to do with diet. If you maintain a balanced diet and get all of your required vitamins and minerals, it's shouldn't be a big concern.

Lots of sources say cutting carbs is a very bad idea and greatly contributes to loose skin, because carbs are very important to overall skin health.

  • lol, "love your body". Fantastic!

  • I like your videos Steve. They inspire me. I was 245 kgs just 55 days ago, and now I am 207 kgs. I will have some excess skin but that is ok, I will deal with that later on.

  • 354 pounds ago I would have said you were nuts...You are right!

  • Its better to look good in a t-shirt and shorts with loose skin underneath than to look tight, fat and horrible with your shirt off at the beach.

  • Great advice

  • 'Nuther super vid, Steve! Thanks. As for the loose skin...I figure a little loose skin beats the shit out of a lot of loose fat jiggling around! :D

  • True!

  • Great video...Is there a way to firm up or lose excess skin? I was under the impression it was plastic surgery or live with it. Can you make a video about excess skin one day if there is a way to lose it?

  • Great video, Steve. I have lost about 55 pounds and I have about 65 pounds to go. I have experienced greater-than-1-pound loss per week, but I try to eat enough not to lose too quickly or I feel bad. I also do strength training and it helps me have a lot! I worry a bit about skin, but frankly that's a worry for next year. LOL

  • great vid steve good to see you again

  • I've lost a lot of weight in about 2 years (165# or so) and I have loose skin, but it's the skin where I have stretchmarks on. I spoke to a couple of plastic surgeons and I was told that a stretchmark is scarring of the skin and once scarred, the skin will not shrink back. Good video.

  • great advice as always

  • Can you please explain in one of your videos How the hell sumo wrestlers get so fat and athletic at the same time??? I just cant understand it...

I know, the best question ever... :)

  • They eat huge amounts of calories. And just because they're overweight doesn't mean they can't be athletic and coordinated. But I'm sure their cardiovascular ability isn't the best since sumo matches require explosive strength and very short in time.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV I'm 18 and have been over weight for most of my life. I've been in involved in martial arts and weight lifting for 13 years and my doctor says im the most healthiest patient she got ^_^

  • I've always worried about having excess skin..but everyone says I'm young and shouldn't worry.

  • how young are you?

  • 17 and I'm continuing on my weight loss journey with about 65 pounds to lose.

  • oh...you're still young then...i'm 21...is that too late tho?? i mean will i get excess skin?

  • I'm not a doctor but I think you'll be fine.

  • what if you're not overweight but you still want to lose weight ? Its really difficult....to lose anything I have to eat only a few hundred calories a day and work out

  • Steve, you're neat!

  • Doubly blessed: first to comment, and no excess skin!

  • were you ever fat?
