when im down in cash games i just go to SNGs or just take a break...tilt control is a hugeeee asset to anyone's game. Dont worry so much about the money and just play the best you can. Losing a BI shouldnt hurt if youre adequately rolled for your game.

The rule of thumb is if you have less than 10 BB less you shove. 50 is enough to pick up a pretty good hand and then shoving.
