@valmiustila I'm an engineer architect and I can tell you this is NO fake..

this is the result of wind! the bridge begins to shiver more and more, and finally gets in the same resonance as the wind that blows around it. In fact concrete is relatively bendable, but will break after a while.

there are many other examples of bridges that look like dancing in the wind such
