can someone help. i have tried to use the usb charger on 2 desktops 1 laptop and a car radio. i have 3 usb chargers and all do the same. when the battery is dead and i try to charge it via the usb on my pc it only shows a green light. if i plug the usb into the 3 pin plug it show a red light and starts to charge . the usb does not seem to charge without using the plug. is this normal
