I bought this album @ itunes because I knew 3-4 songs of I see stars last album... but this album just kicked me out off my socks... it's now running like almost everyday in my car <3 indeed one of the best albums 2011!!!

The concept is simple, they get an album they make and is the album thatll define them, and is their actual true sound then they see money and change completely into the generic poppy sound, that's what music is, that's why I'm not a fan of bands that sell out... Because its all in the name of money, and yeah they have to make a living but they actually do just fine with their unique sound and not the mainstream shit sound you seem to like

Mm you obviously don't know why they change in the first place, I work for a label, the concept is money kid, the reason they changed is money, the reason all bands soften up is money, ex: adtr, sleeping with sirens, a skylit drive, attack is starting to soften up for a crowd like you! For listeners like you who are true fans of metalcore or posthardcore, who are into mainstream sound

@Nothingleftunsaid some bands just mature and want to try different things, if they kept the same exact sound album after album their music would get boring after a while, thats why most artists change even if its just a little bit

@Nothingleftunsaid do you really think that every band keeps the same sound throughout their career? that dosent work if bands want to be successful. the change is relevant because its to attract new fans. and, i dont see much change between 3D and this album. If you were a true fan, you shouldnt drop them because they changed their sound. you should stick by their music through all the changes they make. because i see stars is a good band, and they'll be around for years.

@RachelBrowntown yes that is true but it is also true that when you find a band you like you like their music and their style of doing it,once that is taken away or altered in any way it could go to the exact opposite reason you started listening in the first place which is probably why anyone would drop any band because of that.
