If you can find a Youtube -> mp3 converter that would work just fine, but other than that the only way I can think of getting the soundtrack is by buying the game.
@Grahckheuhl Oddly enough, the menu songs aren't available in Civ 4 for some reason. Seems strange, doesn't it? Especially since the menu songs have been the strongest tracks in Civ 4.
