I just did this. One hand down. But I did blue instead of pink. It's really fun. Instead of a dotting tool. I used a large bobby pin. I opened it and used one of the bobby pin ends and dipped it into the nail polish :)

@PrettyLittleLiarsFa1 you can order them on ebay... also, there's a small dotting tool that's attached to a fine brush that you can buy at sally's beauty supply. but i found that a bobby pin is really good to use for little dots and the head of a pin (like those big, fat, round ones) is really good for bigger dots.

@Candra13711 You can also use a needle that has the ball on the top. I don't know name of the needle but you can get them at Walmart or Target or any fabric store pretty cheap. I am sure it does not come out as nice as with a dotting tool but just a suggestion. I use a needle when doing a flower or butterfly and it looks pretty cute and I just started doing nail art on myself.
