Its powered by two motors. They're similar a milk float motors I guess, but they have more in common with fork lift truck motors.

@hvwclupo Technically most forklifts aren't electric they're hydrolic. But maybe you're talking of a different type than what I know. *shrug* Either way VW Beetle still kicks ass.

@HauntingBull uhh there are 3 types of Forklift, Electric, LPG and diesel. These 3 forklifts run hydrolics for their lifting arm, not to move them. Electric forklifts are commonly used inside warehouses.

@babemokzar Gotcha, all the ones we used were LPG and used hydrolics to move the wheels, steer, and for the forks. But like I said, "than what I know of". Thanks for the info though, learn something new every day. LOL ;-)
