Trade turnover between Russia and Iran over a billion dollars, plus Russia supplies Iran military equipment and armament, naturally not free. That is a valuable trading partner. In the end, Iran's nothing wrong with Russia did not make all the promises and restrained all the promises, unlike the U.S..
