Yay! Finally there is a vid that show how to make it. thank you ning ka. Theyre really expensive at the stores but thanks to you, im going to save me some money especially in this economy.
Hey keep these coming. I'm learning a lot here. Trying very hard to improve my skills. I have travelled to Thailand several times & love the food. But I just can't seem to get mine to taste as good as it taste in Thailand. I'll just have to wait until I get around to marrying that special lady in Thailand & get her to teach me first hand. Love your recipies.
I was really surprised when I found out that Thai ppl eat this too. In Vietnamese it's called "Nem chua." Sounds almost the same. I've only tried the Thai version a few times but I think the viet version is better. It often comes wrapped in nice herbs that give extra flavour
So doesn't the prok go bad? It's raw rite..so what about the danger of worms? Sorry to be gross.haha. BTW its SOOOO good to see that little Ning doesn't use MSG! I live in the middle of Bangkok and have a huge array of street food to choose from but they all use MSG! i have an allergy to the stuff, such a shame as the food here is great..just like Ning's! Thanks for the Video, George C (british boy in Bkk)
Ning: Krap Khun Maak! This is wonderful recipe. I am trying today with Lobo Nam powder. Hope it comes out.
