I can get it at Whole Food Markets sometimes, and you can also order it on the web, just do a search for buffalo or bison steak

Thanks so much for commenting - bison tastes great, somewhat like steak but a lot leaner, a little sweeter and if you overcook it it gets tough, so keep it rare to medium rare and enjoy
