Deaf can learn how to speak using speech therapy, they learn by placing their palm over their cheek to feel speech vibrations so henceforth they learn how to control and manipulate those vibrations with their tongue, lips, jaw and throat creating..... speech!

At least that's how they did it in the old days, not sure if they still do it now?

Being deaf has its up and downs, but I do love the facial expressions. It really helps. I am unfortunately unable to do them as well, seeing as most people who do not need to go through speech therapy doesn't need to express themselves in other ways. Just because one is born deaf that does not mean they can't speak a proper language. Although they are able to learn, they are unable to fully grasp what they say in the sense that they are unable to hear themselves. That doesn't stop people though.
