  • Yea. Protein's in pretty much any meat and a bit is in dairy. HOWEVER, bacon is LOADED with saturated(bad fats). You're better off trying to eat some lean chicken, really lean ground beef, eggs etc.

  • I thought chicken had no protein, im only 13 by the way i wanna loose 5-10 pounds but at school they just sell Bacon and cheese or ham and cheese rolls thats it. Chiken tika with lettuce any help??

  • well Ham is a good source of protein aswell. And anything with chicken is good. Chicken has a more protein than bacon and ham. Be sure to do your exercises because if you only diet by eating healthy foods, sometimes you either lose muscle, or your body will get flabby and have loose skin. So by exercising you tone up your body and keep it firm. Hope this helps you little buddy. Keep at it.
