I guess you got it, but terrible form, haha. that would scare the crap out of me if I did Roundoff dubs like that. O.O props for being crazy dude all you need to do is set A LOT more and tighten up and you have pro double fulls ^.^
they are good but on your round off keep everything together for more height the delay before the rotation for extra height and keep everything wrapped in really tight! pull your legs and arms in
You Really Need to clean your tumbling. You Won't get a double full with that height or technique. I'd Know I am a level 9 gymnast and Level 5 All-star Cheerleader. Work on Cleaner Round off Backhand spring then once you got that down go to a cheer or gymnastics coach and they will help you on progression.
im guessing you aren't a gymnast, you just like tumbling and stunts. but if you want to make them look better/more professional you might want to straighten your legs, at least in the roundoff, also in the handspring. it just looks like a hott mess with bent legs
OMG, It would be nice if someone corrected the errors in your tumbling before you attempt a full, geez. I can't begin to tell you how many things are going wrong. I love the initiative but you need to be fixed because you are broken.
seriously , get a hair cut , and ur round off is ok but u can allways make it better , u need to block/set ur power of ur roundoff more then twist with straight body , its hard as fuck but just tighten all ur muscles when ur up there , and u twist on the left side and do a roundoff with ur right side , make it both left or both right ! its eaiser! u have MUCH MUCH more power in ur twist if u do that!.
You need to work on your form. And usually people do roundoff backhandspring full?! double full or whatever?! Yeahh, not to be mean but your tumbling is reeaaally ugly.
the problem with people who dont do gymnastics and never been taught they tend to skip alot of practice on things that help them perfect what they need to perfect. I hang out in the gym and the little girls spend all week on the same trick trying to perfect it. No matter if they are learning a handstand or they are learning double backs. The coach isnt letting them move on until they perfect like they want.
yeah i forgot about the setting part, he didnt set or she, sorry cant tell in this vid, didnt set anything but the round off was bad to start off with. Trust me the girl who watches over me in the gym laughs at me with my form
well whats funny is a person posted you arent in gymnastics or cheerleading. And your form can be perfected (i have the same problem) but you need to start from scratch. First is that round off and where to put your hands and to keep your legs together, then you have to work on where you head is on take off. Mostly your setup. But you have power. Something even trained people sometimes lack. What gets mistaken for power is alot times just good technique. You spin fast as hell.
You will probably never get it very well until you clean up your form enough to get power from it. the technique blows. good job though I give you props for trying it.
This is how people get really bad injuries. Your technique is treacherous. Definitely go back to learning how to execute round-offs and back handsprings. Here's a hint: keep your legs together and don't try to twist anything when your like 2 feet off the ground.
your doing a crank twist really because the flip is going over your shoulder. Good work though, keep trying. Check out my video for some gainer handsprings i did in a show.
you twist fast but to early you need to set i do doubles and believe me you need the set and when training these i would suggest a mat because thats a good way to blow your neet or even worse
your setup seems quite messed up, those arm movements when u begin the roundoff are really useless. try to make your roundoff effortless, and things will just come
good to see the progress! I'd guess from the other vid's I've seen of people doing them that being tighter in the air would help, getting those legs straight and tight together. Its all fine tuning the technique at this (double) level. Good luck.
I guess you got it, but terrible form, haha. that would scare the crap out of me if I did Roundoff dubs like that. O.O props for being crazy dude all you need to do is set A LOT more and tighten up and you have pro double fulls ^.^

yeah i also think if u really pull your arms and legs together it will make everything seem alot easier...it will also look sharper.

i think it would be harder to land a double with your knees bent because if you land it, it would be hard to stay up, if that makes any sense =-p
