From your profil I get that you already know the Generation 1 Transformers. This is Transformers as it began.

This one here is "Armada" followed by it's sequel "Energon" which are not related to the original G1 univers.

In this univers Starscream joined the Autobot for a while and became close to the human characters, mainly Alexis, who has a crush on him at the end. (my opinion ^^ That is heavily discussed among fans)

The artists name in romanji is Chyi Yu, as mentioned at the beginning of the AMV. ^^ As for the song, I...uh, streamed it from an already existing AMV here. ^^! I really couldn't finnd it anywhere else too.
