THIS IS SO GREAT! Glad you mentioned Keith Davis, an incredible coach and his death a great loss to the vocal community. I studied with Keith and subsequently with Judith Farris where I met Julie on a number of occasions. I think she was Judith's son's godmother. My partner met here in Falmouth, MA while she was performing in "Pal Joey." She is truly a legend and queen of the Cabaret!! We also re-met while she was performing in 2000 (?) at the Cinegrill.
wow ive known ms wilson since i was a child was friends with her sons growing up in omaha used to hear her doing vocal practicing when she was in town she is still amazing
Absolutely love her! A very classy lady, and the song is perfection! As the songs says,"She is a bad, bad, and so on", and oh, so true for many. Evil is backwards. Thanks for an enjoyable performance, Richard.
Richard... As a Julie Wilson fan for many decades, this video rendering of Julie is "magnifique." You caught her saucy, tantalizing, humorous persona; and it is obviously the audience is enjoying greatly. Thank you for bringing us Julie... she will be great company. I am glad you are getting great comments.
Fabulous Five Star Speakeasy/ Cabaret Art Song, This is one of my all time favorites! I will definately be spreading this one around. Great work! ~ Love & Hugs * *VamP* ~ Debra Joy

Glad to hear that Miss Wilson is still going strong. I met her backstage at the opening night of "Legs Diamond"..there to cheer on my friend Peter Allen. Paul Jabara and I were fighting over the john.
Thanks for this. Julie is one of the greats. (By the way I love the song "It's Tough to Be Poor" which I have on a bootleg from her performances at the Brothers and Sisters. Never knew who wrote it. Now I do....).
I was fortunate enough to participate in the Cabaret Conference at Yale a few years ago and she inspired me in countless ways (and could totally outpace me walking across the campus)! I too LOVE this piece and if you are willing to share any info on how to track it down, I would be so appreciative.
I was introduced to Julie Wilson in the early 1990s and I have been hooked ever since. This video is a sweet taste of her humor and talent all rolled into one. My experiences seeing her in an intimate setting will always be some of my favorite evenings celebrating the New York night life.

Julie Wilson... what a treasure. I was lucky enough to see her in NY and she was sensational -- class, phrasing, glamor, charm, wit, warmth.
I love this clip. Thanks so much for posting!
