Why is is depressing? just because there are not mirrors plastered all over the place so you can check out how "pumped" you are off of benching 225lbs x 10 for 5 reps. This is the type of gym real men train in and get strong as hell.

Yep, the grip machine is by the med balls and we also have grip tools on the rack and a rice bucket in the supplement room.
