He was one of the Bohemians.

I'm NOT SURE if its Madonna,but he was basically dressed in drag.

Long hair,a corset and boobs (stuffed obviously) and black lipstick.

He was fucking hot. ^__^

LOL..they are the cast. They played at First Canadian Place in front of the HMV there. After they sang a few songs, you were able to meet them, and get their autograph.
