  • Someone know a wormhole to the 80's?

  • New Wave Requiem - 'nuff said!

  • Oh so glad i found this... It's great

  • Super music from the 80s...a 'trademark' song for my group.

  • I had the 12" but not the HOt Tracks version - it was three times as expensive but of course, worth the production

  • Love the music and the man. Many of us from the old neighborhood have recently reconnected and are also wondering what has happened to you after you stopped playing. If you are out there some where, the Jorgensen girls would love to hear from you again!

  • The HOTTEST dance song ever!!! How can you listen to this and not get up and dance you ass off!!

  • where is he today?

  • This was an 80's classic in Detroit

  • one of the best artist out there

  • oh i have just discovered peter brown. great stuff

  • hey folks i remeber this one..great,really,very originally..first time i hear that song,it was 1984. i was 16 old guy and fall in love with sanya, sum long haired girl.. love this song..regard

  • Nice try . This isnt a Hot Tracks Remix. The guys behind the Hot Tracks were professional mixers with professional equipment. In a weird kind of way though, I actually listened to the whole thing to envision what a remix would have sounded like. Ya gotta match the downbeats with the downbeats and the upbeats with the upbeats. Stick to the traditional 8 and 16 beat groupings and you'll fare better next time.

  • Great song, I want a time machine & got back to a certain time frame 1979 to 1985.

  • OK, someone's got to say this, so it might as well be me: this is a great track, but it's a pretty poor "mix". Sure, the beats have been respected, but the cheap butting together of musically-unrelated bars is really unsatisfactory. There's no real understanding of the sense of the track in this mix: you'd be far better to listen to the original extended mix (6'25" or so). Still, an interesting listening experience. Thanks for posting.

  • @amylNRG I agree. I heard both version and I enjoy the shorter version more. Good Mix plays a big part to enjoy longer tracks.

  • @amylNRG I agree!

  • This song only touches the surface of all the great music Peter Brown has been involved with! Love him!

  • ooooh crooner 1... peter brown dear??????

  • Great jam.

  • it's Peter Brown, crooner1

  • @funkyswede62

  • Does anyone know the name of the singer on this song?

  • i always will say the disco era had the best white negroes kc dan hartman hall and oates tenna marie as well as this man.

  • @mic187x2 How about white man with some soul!
